IMEC Training Facility is a 12,000 square foot state of the art training facility. Twenty five yards of field turf for agility drills. We also have a Fourty yard indoor track which is housed around the latest speed equipment and machines. IMEC also has boxing used as a cardio tool, spinning and we also house a sauna and massage room. Our complex has helped thousands of athletes and adults reach their fitness goals safely.
